Nozzle check print out looked fine, but I may do a print head clean anyway to see if it improves the situation.

I'm by no stretch of the imagination an 'expert' so take this with a degree of doubt but that looks like a heat mat problem to me......maybe you're clamping the mug too tight?

I wonder if you should not try a standard plain paper setting also if none of the above suggestions help. Those white lines can be a product in the past of the following: damp paper or wet ink (let transfer dry a while especially if using a high quality setting), uneven pressure around the mug, not long enough in the press (try 180 for 180), maybe printer banding.

Nozzle checked, print head cleaned, pressed lowered slightly, time increased and it is all working really well.
