Love the way it turned out.
Did you see the sub on canvas I posted in the reply to your earlier thread about canvas and sub?

It might give you another option to consider.
For the A3 pic that canvas on the frame in inches is about 24"x18" 600mm x 450mm
For A4 I just print on a framed canvas about 16" x 12" 400mm x 300mm
The bigger one fits neatly over my big press, but the smaller ones just sat on a frame I made to raise them. Just a few layers of cotton and a teflon sheet to sit the canvas on.
Using the stretched canvas on frames means there is the white border that sort of makes up for the smallish image size, and also frames the whole thing. And of course, the canvas stays properly 'stretched'. I do a quick spray of the same acrylic over the finished canvas, as I use initially, and people often think it is an actual painting because of the way it reflects the light.
Anyway, just another idea you might like to try. I just delivered another one a few nights ago and they loved it. Cost of materials $8 for the canvas on the frame, $0.45 for the paper, $0.25 for ink. Sale price $35.00
To have 8" x 12" printed on canvas and stretched by a popular chain store is between $30 (on special) and $45 (normal price).
