hi all! I noticed on my prints quality is grainy.any one know whoat I did? before i uninstall everything lol
i had that before but dont know what i did to fix it so maybe some of you had this before. all colours are fine. jut picture not very smooth.

What logo do you have on the back - a little blue swirl or something different. Can't help with the image quality though!

Its not something simple in the print setting dialogue? maybe changed from "high quality" to "quick"

I was going to say the same thing as Martin. That's the only ever reason we have found grainy prints. Is it a new pack of paper? At what point does it appear grainy? When just printed onto the paper is it obvious or when pressed onto the substrate?
