grainy print

hi all! I noticed on my prints quality is grainy.any one know whoat I did? before i uninstall everything lol :) i had that before but dont know what i did to fix it so maybe some of you had this before. all colours are fine. jut picture not very smooth.

Are you printing on the right side of the paper? :)

:) yes MArtin. got tezprint so is dificult to make that mistake as its printed with logo on "bad" side ;~)

What logo do you have on the back - a little blue swirl or something different. Can't help with the image quality though!

Its not something simple in the print setting dialogue? maybe changed from "high quality" to "quick"

I was going to say the same thing as Martin. That's the only ever reason we have found grainy prints. Is it a new pack of paper? At what point does it appear grainy? When just printed onto the paper is it obvious or when pressed onto the substrate?
