I have a Sawgrass SG800. Until today everything has been great. I am printing a black logo for a mug but it’s coming out navy. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you check that it is 100% black in the image file?

Check that your software is picking up the correct ICC profile in the printer driver. Mine will choose its own profile on rare occasions.

Thanks for all the quick replies. Looks like I have the colour back (replaced yellow out of date). I now have a problem where the print is coming out really fuzzy. Attached is an example. The letters CPA & outline shows ould be solid white.
