Think I've missed a setting.
Print came out very red after pressing at 190 for 60 secs.

Printed with Ricoh 3110dn.

All help gratefully received.

Ricoh 3110dn, refillable ink cartridge with highly recommended ink.
None branded heat press set at 190° pressing for 60 seconds.

Need advice on how to use/set ICC profiling.
Any helpful advice welcome.

Your ink supplier should be able to give you an ICC profile. Without this you will struggle to get the colours your want
