3D Mini Vacuum press problem

Hi Guys can anybody please give me some advice on a power problem i am having with my 3d vacuum press.
I have just purchased a machine plugged it in but the lcd display is not lit up and there is a beeping noise coming from the machine.
Is there something i should be doing to stop it or could this be a fault indication noise?

Is it ST 3042 ? If yes, first contact someone from Sunmeta (the manufacturer) to have confirmation as for the problem, and in this case you can directly buy spare part from them.

I have their contact details (email/whatsapp) as well as their pricing list for spare parts (they are relatively cheap). PM me if you need them.

Yes same procedure, contact them and if they confirm it's a lcd/other problem just buy spare part.
