 I have been asked to put a slow down for horses on a couple of HI-VIZ jackets or tabards, not sure how this works, do i use vinyl or transfer ? Bit worried about melting them too  any ideas ?

Sublimation works qwell if you're doing a nice solid black. Vinyl will also work well and if you're worried about melting a lower temp vinyl would be good.

I find hi-vis is ok but can bleed a little at higher temps so use a cover sheet.

might be worth considering the reflective high viz EN471 stuff it really pings when in low light situations and gives advanced warning puts the price up a lot though.
