Hi Guys

Any of you who are printing 3D Phone covers had any luck printing the Sony Xperia case?

See the photograph for the problem I am having. I have tried all sorts of methods - reducing time, temp, dunking, not dunking, molding back into place with my hands etc etc but nothing is working.

If you have had success with this cover please share your time and temp so at least I have a starting point.

Are you cooling them on a dummy phone? Haven't done one of these myself but know some of the others have had similar issues. It is a very delicate design with the heat required. The similar problems we encountered we kept on a dummy phone and dunked whilst we knew it was held straight.

Hi Andrew

Yep!

Tried cooling on the phone and dunking, no joy. Tried moulding the thin strap back into place as well but that didn't work. Its as if it has stretched which is obviously a bit of a pain. Have contacted Subli Blanks so they might be able to shed some light.

Be interested to hear if you do find a solution as I cannot see an easy way around this. Certain versions of the Samsungs had this bar removed and left open (the matt option I think). Not sure if you have choices on the Xperia for blanks.

Just ordered a bucket load to see if I can crack it.

Subli Blanks are suggesting to let them air cool so will give that a go first.

Have looked all over for the X2 and it seems like they are all the same.

Hi BigJ

Its the 3D Z2 model sold by Subliblanks

Where do you get your blanks from? I only purchase from Subliblanks because I really like their Iphone 3D cases. Am happy to purchase other cases from elsewhere.

Hi SG ;-)
we got 2 main china suppliers we purchase from, and 2 UK suppliers, in case we run out !
we are out of the z2 cases just now and will be putting in an order along with other new cases that are due on the market - i cant give out china supplier details as you can understand :-)

subliblanks i have bought from them on several occasions and there cases are really good quality, even the 2d ones - its still early days for subliblanks, but he is getting there with his variety of products :-)
you tried coral ?? - he usually quick to get new stuff in
