I thought I would be sat for hours cutting out individual images for my keyrings

I have just done 5000 for Ant n Dec. I printed them on a 90GSM A4 sheet double sided and cut 10 sheets at a time. 200 sheets took about an hour. Once you get going you soon get them done. Just make sure that you have a printer that backs up accurately otherwise one side will be perfect, the other side will be a mile out.

If I have circular ones I tend to use my Roland Versacamm which admittedly is a nice luxury, set the file up and come back a hour later with them all trimmed ready

I sue the cheapest laser printer paper I can find, normally around 80-90gsm.

Its going behind plastic so it does not need to be anything decent, just good enough to hold good colours

Hi social, rung them thursday afternoon, they shipped out new box friday and got delivered saturday. Ive been away all weekend and got my hands on them today. Unfortunately they aint much better. Same faults as first batch so will have to ring again tomorrow

Can you be a bit more specific Twinsgran?

For example Intaprint sell hundreds of different styles and also sell pre cut sheets and cutters but I want to make sure I am answering correctly.

Something wrong there Grobbo mine are always perfect.

Rung them first thing this morning, they are going to look into it and ring me back. Hopefully soon as its slowing down my orders now. Looks to me that the drilled hole clearance for the metal clasp is too tight and any movement on the clasp is causing the acrylic to crack. When I speak to them later im going to suggest trying the c6 type.

I'm curious about what laser printer you use that gives good photo quality results? I use pro photo labs for similar products.

its good enough, not good

In other words I suspect it will be no where near good enough for professional photographers like yourself, but its fine for merchandisers. For the record its an OKI 301
