Information on Sublimation Printing needed

Tried to sublimation print on a t-shirt for the first time this evening using sublimation ink and paper, printed onto the t-shirt, printed at 190 for 90 seconds after a few attempts at advised settings, it has printed on the t-shirt but very light print.

Any Ideas??????????

you can NOT sublimate on pure cotton. you need polyester t-shirt or high polyester content in your cotton :)

if you have a blank mouse mats from sublimation blanks supplier then no. they are toped with polyester fabric on top and should print with no problem. Why? you have this same problem?
