Great thanks to one and all who have replied to my question. Think I'll give them a miss the last thing I need is bad after service, especially being a newby, we all need a helping hand now and again. Thanks again.

Many thanks to one and all for taking the trouble to reply to my question. Being a newby I think I'll give them a miss cause we all need a helping hand now and again and if their after sales service is not up to scratch it could be more trouble than its worth. Thanks again.

More news re Creative Printers London. As I mentioned earlier on in this thread CPL have a great many web sites, well Last night, quite by accident I came upon yet another one. There is a company selling ribbon printers called www.ribbonprinterseurope.com which I have been checking out. Last night I noticed a site with a heading of 'Home' however the website beneath was www.ribbon-printers-europe.com when I checked it out I found that it was indeed Creative printers of London. I this is a really dirty trick and therefore they have made my mind up for definate, there is no way I would ever deal with this company. If they treat their competitors like this goodness knows how they treat their customers.
