Re: Dye Sub Clock

Post by HeartlandsElliot »

Hi All, I have been using (with great success) the dye sub clocks from xpres. However one of my clients has requested a bigger version. I am looking for one around 12" x 9" as the xpres clock is quite small (around 8 x 5.5"). Can anyone suggest a supplier in the UK for me to try? Thanks in advance Elliot

BMS do a glass clock that is 11.5" diameter. Failing that they also sell just the mechanism so you could source your own base plate to any size you require.

Mechanisms I get off eBay, way cheaper. Last ones I did were metal but I avoid doing them now as they're a pain to pack and ship!

Lol, boxes not a problem, keeping the hands straight during post is tricky.

Izza boxes again :)
do you know this plasic, three leged thingy on the middle of the pizza? You can use that to avoid hands squashed. And bit of coam under hands for more security :)

I tend to put foam over the face and cut slots out for the hands to sit in but it's a faff.
