if you have enjoyed being with NFU get them to send the rep out, or visit them at a local branch, they have certain crazy policies they are miles cheaper for my husbands business, but will not cover a bike of more than 800cc so its usless for him as he runs a bike repair shop = sorry sir cant deal with your bike its too big lol

All depends on what your covering - do you have a large warehouse etc.

I have a second floor office. It's a reasonable size but I'm not paying building insurance or anything. I make made to order photo gifts and that's where the difficulty starts. If they can't pigeonhole you it becomes a bespoke insurance quote. I tried everywhere and it just wasn't that simple. I'm selling the business now, so hoping it won't be an issue in future.

At that price, for what your covering - you've been robbed. I too make photo gifts, I also screen print and even used to run a litho machine - never paid even a quarter of what you've been paying.
