Why does site go down

I have had a simular problem with my site hoster, and every time I tell him about it he tells me that my IP has been blocked because I keep checking my emails, well I don't but outlook does for me, and that the wrong pass word is being used, eh, if that is the case why doesn't it happen every day, just once a month! Anyway I have to ask him to white list my IP nearly every month because that is how often it goes wrong. Another hoster I use, I don't have any problems no matter how often outlook checks the emails!

umm interesting.. seems like the hosting company is using some automated software that looks to see if your site is potentially spamming and then black blacklisting it..

What hosting are you using and if you dont want to say can you tell me if it is low end hosting...

Alot of hosting companies only allow 100 emails per hour but thats normally outgoing not incoming?

www.eclipse2000.co.uk, and yes is is a low end hosting (£9.99 per month), but so is my other one which I have no problems with. Also with Eclipse I have to lodge a ticket and ALWAYS get a message back saying we are very busy at present and your ticket is on hold etc. Yet with the other one, which is even cheaper, I get none of that crap, he is onto any request I ask almost immediately, and is only too pleased to offer help and advice.
