it turns out the blue cartrige is faulty as i took the blue out and put the geniune blue one in with the rest of colours being the refill ones and it worked, tried it again this time swapping the yellow one and put the blue refill back in and it didnt work, so it can only be the blue one, and i can suck ink out from all the other cartridges but i cant suck it out from the blue one for some reason. so it seem if 1 is faulty it shows them all up as faulty

That is the same problem I had on my D120 a few years ago. One of the black cartridges had a faulty chip & it just wouldn't recognise the others. I replaced the chip which the supplier gave me for free & it worked ok then.

just thought i would update as it may help someone in the future, my new blue cartridge arrived today and i got it working first time, so anyone with the same problem its more than likely to be a faulty cartridge, just ashame im practically 70 pound down as i had to open my genuine inks to diagnose the fault which i could have got 30 pound for on ebay, and i ruined my brothers new plimsolls as i accidently squirted ink all over them playing about with the faulty cartridge trying to get it to work haha owel on words and upwards now hopefully, just need a custom profile made, anyone recommend someone whos really good at them and for what price? thank you
