Re: Ebay Fees
this one really takes the award for D.U.M.B.
had one of the watchers on a "1p START - 0.99P DELIVERY auction send me an email asking -
if i bought 10 of these cases, would you do me a good deal with them and the postage
you wot ?
i emailed back - you do know that this is for an AUCTION. if you want "buy it now" for these cases here is the link.
reply back was - oh, so they are xxx amount of pounds instead of 1p EA ? - oh I will need to think about it then.
are they really that dam thick on there or what ?
did this person really think i was gonna sell him 10x iphone cases @ 0.01p ea and still want a discount on the 0.99p postage and the 0.01p cases ?
oh come on !

Re: Ebay Fees
thats the trouble with 1p listings, used to annoy the life out of me when people listed a bike with a £99 start - reserve not met, to find the reserve is at £800 - a lot have stopped listing that way as people tend to get fed up bidding when its way off the mark, hopefully with phone cases there is not so much difference as such

Re: Ebay Fees
This does happen. To be honest, I cannot see the point of putting promo items on auctions, much prefer "buy it now", or even "best offer" as there's no waiting for the auction to end.But are you going to be happy if it sells for 1p at the end of the auction?

absolutely, otherwise i wouldn't do it  -There is a valid reason for doing it, and the others i have running as well.
And its not hard to work out
@john - come on John, your on ebay as well. You know fine well why i,m doing it auction instead of BUY IT NOW

im on ebay but i dunno why ur doing it im intrigued thoughJohn G;64358 wrote:Nope, I don't understand - why are you doing it?
Re: Ebay Fees
if its the pre approved buyers linked to your store, I think its a myth - people serching 1p auctions or ebooks, won't be buying anything of value from your store, and if you do manage to sell low cost items I think you need to average around £750 a month for power seller status. A lot of sales
