which says the same thing version 8,9,10, thats whats confusing me.

...but you don't need to do any of this if you install PowerDriver as per the link I posted below. You just then go File > Print. Your supplier will be able to help further but the easiest way is to install PowerDriver. If Elements 7 has the same drop down menus as 8,9,10 then you could do the same, but having printed to the SG3110 from Photoshop with perfect results I have yet to adjust anything!

Vicki, well done & that looks great :biggrin: It's always such a good feeling isn't it when you press your first item. I always make the paper the same width as the mug & line the bottom edge of the of the paper with the bottom of the mug.

Well done, and even more effective by using mugs with coloured handles and insides. Like Ian has said it is easier if you cut the sublimation paper so that when the paper is wrapped around the mug the bottom of the paper is inline with the bottom mug edge. Then you only have to worry about getting the paper evenly spaced either side of the handle.

Probably another daft question

With the sublimation paper (trupix) can i leave it in the print tray or is it best just to use bit at a time or keep it in sealed bag like inkjet transfer paper?

Vicki, there isn't such a thing as a daft question.

It all depends on how long you want to leave your transfer before you press it. I usually just print what I need for orders but, if I need to save something for a few days I put into a box I have to keep it out of the light & away from heat. You can stack transfers on top of each other but would recommend you put a piece of plain paper in beween. You can also use a sealed bag too which should help keep any moisture out.

I think Vicki was asking about leaving it unprinted in the feeder tray.

If thats the case then yes, it will be good for a very long time (I would imagine at least a year) assuming your printer is sitting in a "normal temperature" room
