they fit, reduce pressure, and suggest you give them a really good warm up before print, - boiling water/sit on t press for an hour, - they suck up heat, and you don't want waste!

any idea how to pack them?? i forgot to order some card boxes for them but just had a quick look and it looks like bms havnot got any anyway for this size mug. so any idea how to nicely pack it??

I get boxes made for El Grandes. Not cheap, but the increased selling price covers the cost of the box - particularly given how much time I was wasting converting other boxes to fit.

:confused:really ?.....been doing mine from day 1 straight off the shelve and right onto the mug press...COLD. Not one problem.
Had the 10oz mug in press while it was heating up - temp ready take out 10oz, fire in 15oz and GO..

Unfortunately not. I only buy 25 at a time. The last boxes I bought were for coasters. I was going to get some more El Grande boxes at the same time but I didn't have any El Grande orders in my books.

One time in the winter, I had an El Grande break in the oven because it was too cold before heating up. These days, I sit them on top of the radiator before doing the pressing.

i think i will fill them up with hot water for couple of minutes before i print them. I ordered only 6 so no time for wasting blanks lol. Normaly i would experiment but not this time :D

I'm just doing one but going to do what you are going to try use hot water, fingers crossed

must just be lucky then.....i,m saying cold - i mean room temp not in a cold unit......but i might just take this little tip from LOGO and use it as well.... don't want to waste any.
