Do the same when it tells you the tank is full. I turned mine off everytime i wasn't going to use it for a couple of days, never caused any problems. Anything is better than the nozzle clogging Epsons we used to run, still got the ink stains to remind me.
The Ricoh's start to tell you the ink cartridge is getting low, but the time to change is when there is 0% (nothing) left in the cartridge. The Conde videos show that the Ricoh printers continue to print until a vacuum is formed (when no ink left to pull out) and then the cartridge is reported as empty, so you get to use all the ink in the cartridge.

As i said, the Conde way tells you exactly how many % you have left. And another how to get extra capacity out of the waste tank if needed, no harm in getting extra value for money.

Yes I don't disagree with what Conde say. Just saying though that the cartridges don't have to be replaced when they are showing (or have) 20% ink left. All the ink is used and then you have to replace. The Conde way would show it has 0% left and if you opened the cartridge you would see that the bag of ink is fully used.

I have done 300 sheets of a4 in the last 2 days with my printer showing low/empty on al least 2 colours, - and the powerdriver telling me to order more ink since the start of this run.
Printer goes and goes.
I think it is cheaper to run than the maths suggest .....
