Hello.
I have a 14 day trial with qimage ultimate and the only reason why i have downloaded this software is because i have read about it on this forum a few times saying that they print from this software and know that the print quality will be the best everytime.
What i want to know is what are the best settings for this software for sublimation printing?
Do i need to do anything with the images first before i print them to make sure they are the best they can be?
Any help on this software is very much appreciated.
ThankYou
Dean

Re: Qimage Ultimate Help
Hi dean. To get best out of this software you will have to profile your printer via it.
I had a go with qimage and is great sofrware.

Re: Qimage Ultimate Help
Ahh right. So i would need to print the colour charts via qimage and get another profile made up for the software printer combination. So using a profile that was made using photoshop would not give same results.
Re: Qimage Ultimate Help
Well. Profile should work fine. But i would recomend to print charts via software you gping to use....

Re: Qimage Ultimate Help
I use Qimage Studio (the older version).
When printing the charts for Paul to do my profiles, I print his charts through Qimage so that I can store the settings.
When doing a profile through my ColorMunki, you have to use the ColorMunki software - but so long as you remember your settings, you can put them into Qimage when you use the profile later.
Qimage always remembers your settings - including all printer settings - which makes it easier to use than other software that only remembers the layout and not the printer settings.
