If you wish reliable hosting, without hastle, try this http://www.3ix.org/sys/aff.php?aff=1782 I have been with them over 8 years now, not a single problem, other that 2 of my own making and both were put right for me in less than 2 hours.

TSOHost - we've got 4 websites hosted with these (2 of them for over 4 years). Never had any down-time at all and it's only £4.99 per month.

Opencart runs lightning fast too, in my experience it's absolutely bulletproof: http://www.tsohost.co.uk/linux_webhosting.php

Cron job is basically an automated instruction. I use them for automated backups of the forum for example.

£4.99pm is expensive? Blimey and I thought I was a cheapskate!!

Seriously though, when you read the amount of posts on here of people having problems with hosting - surely paying a couple of quid more per month is worth it? Support is also unbeatable from TSO, you can ask a question at 9pm on a Sunday night and get a reply within 10 minutes!!
