First off you need to know what ink you're using. It wont be ricoh ink, if it is then thats your problem. 180 for 180 is my preference with epsons.

I think you're now using 11oz mugs. Is your heat press blanket patchy....how old is it?

In an epson - don't think so.

Ricoh's use Sublijet R Carts and the ink needs less time than any ink used in Epson printers. You should up you time to around 180 / 180 and see if you get better results

I sugest to heat up your press for 185c and put mug in for about 190sec.

Do you have a colour correction profile? If not then you need one.
Do you know what the quality of this ink is like? If you can't get consistent results then it may be due to the lack of profile, some problem with the heat blanket on your press (e.g. not consistent heat), paper not releasing the ink properly or the printer not printing the colours because of a blocked head.

Do you get a perfect nozzle check pattern? If no then correct this first.
once you have this sorted then print text or blocks of colours in CMYK colours and press onto your mug at 180 degrees for 180 seconds. What is the result? If it is not like you're seeing on the screen then you need to get the colours corrected with an ICC profile.
