I remember now why I dont use the optical recognition way with flock. When you press the image onto the flock, the flock distorts a little. This puts the registration marks slightly out of place and cuts the image out of shape , or the cutter throws a wobbley and wont cut at all.
Stay with the way Martin suggested, it works much better.
