Epson S22 Ciss - HELP PLEASE!!

Hi

We are an engraving business that is expanding into other markets - hence the sublimation forum! I have just bought an Epson S22 but having problems installing the CISS system from Coralgraph.

Everytime i insert the cartridges into the printer and turn it on i keep getting the error unrecognised cartridges.

I understand the Epson S22 isnt a supported printer for sublimation however its the CISS system im having problems with - anyone with help/ideas is much appreciated for a newbie!

I have followed youtube footage but no avail. Im now wondering whether the PCBs are correct?! I have seen a few other comments floating around google about try, try and try again as its common but iv tried since last night

out of interest. is it true that ciss for S22 works with battery to reset the chips??

Thanks for your reply - im guessing Coralgraph only work between mon an fri?

With regards to the battery reset chip i have tried using this several times. I believe the battery is a new thing for the ciss systems. Might try getting another battery.

The one that I've seen does have a little box where you put in the chips from the original cartridges & I pressume there is a battery in there as well. I think you only use the original chips if the printer has run with original cartridges.

The printer i bought was brand new without any cartridges. I was under the impression that the ciss system was to plug into the printer and then add the ink required
