Thanks for that, to be honest I was so desperate to get it sorted I would of took it anywhere! Cannot fault Epson though! 11o clock on day one I called them, 9.30 on day 2 engineer arrived then 9 o clock day 3 refurb printer arrives! As for the original seller I cannot fault them at all! I've had trouble with my carts and they've replaced them before no quibble at all! I was extremely impressed with all those involved!
