I'd have to agree with general consensus here, as well - it sounds like either your ink or your mugs (or maybe both?) aren't actually intended for dyes sublimation. Let us know which inks you have and where your mugs are coming from and I'm sure there will be a fairly simple answer to your problem.

I think we need to get back to basics - can you answer the following questions as follows:
1. What printer do you have - make and model
2. What inks are you using - any brand name or details from your purchase invoice from your supplier
3. What mugs are you using - I think these are from Lovecut? Please confirm.
4. What temperature and what time do you set your mug press for when pressing a mug in it?
Once we have answers to these 4 questions we may make a step further to helping you.
