So as there is no need for a coating on these mugs due to the material does that make them dishwasher proof?

Can these mugs be pressed in a mug oven, where the heat is consistent around the entire mug - or will the handles distort because there's nothing supporting them?

You cant press without the metal insert.... well you can but you will end up with a funny shaped mug or better... a puddle of polymer :p

I know that. but what I mean is if you want to buy a sample pack of 6 JUST to try them out if you like them or not you still need to buy expensive , no worth the money thing!

I think I might grab a box of these... try and push them for the childrens market and possible "outdoor market" and stick to ceramic for adults... or mabye give them the choice... I need to start getting all the different type of mugs/colours etc...
