craft robo and a printer conflicting

Hi,
I installed a printer on my computer and ever since this the craft robo won't work - having a panic as i need to finish some things off.
I don't get it as its on a different usb the other printer is turned off - baffled
The craft robo makes his little waking up noise when you go to the output panel just comes up with an error when you press cut

Hve you checked the port settings for both items?

thanks, yes the robo is on usb1 and the printer usb3 and they are saying that in the settings - the robo was a troublesome devil to set up in the first place i don't understand why it won't allow any other printer on there.

Might be worth re-installing the robo drivers again? Just a thought...
