I'd go for the red/royal blue and white from MDP, closest you'll get I think. I've just had a look at my vinyls upstairs and they'd look good as the union jack :D

yes could be Kaz lol been a while since i re-sprayed a car lol
we used to use them reds for old classics as it gives a really deep shine when done well

Colours for Union Jack
Blue should be Pantone 280
Red should be Pantone 186
White should be - well, White!
