Why not print it onto colour laser like OBM5.6? You can do all artwork, print, easy straight line cut and press.

depends what the base colour of the shirt is, and who you buy your vinyl from not everyones reds are the same - but i guess you will want a good red/white & blue as close to the union jack colours as possible, unless being a punk they want it in other colours ?? black grey etc ?

thats easy for some of the ones we do, i use sign blazer, so just tell it what colour to cut, then save space, and i have a nice jigsaw to put together, i do a few for a friend who has a tattoo studio, all black t's with white tattoo font, with the red inserts in the top of the font - looks amazing once its done, but takes time

i think there is a colour called 'Royal' blue
and the red is phone box red hence why our phone boxes are red :)

but as long as they are nice deep colours i don't think anyone would notice too much
