increase the resolution
like i did with that image i sent you
it was about 70 orginally and i upped it to 300
but kept the size the same

you know that this wont work do you? you just made the file waight more but quality is not any better ;)

i've not done it as its the wife's work lappy
she has only just got home and will be using it most of the eve

um no lol
now googling how to improve the quality lol

from the results i've found i do all of that anyway
but when i get a good quality image like this one i don't usually need to

Just of topic can't isn't there a PC emulator for the Mac you could try.

Smitch. I printed a mug miut a go. just to show how big diference make paper u use.
here you can see this same mug with same designe. both printed in this same press on this same settings ie. time and temp. also both of them was printed with this same printer B1100 useing one profile:

ok thanks paul :)
i bought the trupix though and assumed its highly recommended

the second one is really grainy which is how all my images come out like even with the trupix paper
what paper did you use for the better one

i use texprint. I use it for everything. fabrics and ceramics.
