Perhaps try uninstalling all of your older old printer drivers. And do a fresh install.
Re: Ricoh 3210 crashing photoshop - help please!
This has been a problem for years, and not just for Ricoh printers, we've always been Epson, and we mainly get the problem when trying to print an old file printed on an old printer, and then trying to print it to the printer we have now ... seems there is some printer info saved with the PSD file, which crashes PS if i's not the same printer.

It’s never happened to us before and we print files to multiple printers - Epsons, sawgrass, Ricoh but I think your correct that this is same problem and the solution does seem to be printing from a new template. Thanks everyone.

Re: Ricoh 3210 crashing photoshop - help please!
I have a similar issue but have got around it in a different way.
although Im Not trying to print a sublimation image but send a ps file to my regular epson xp600 series workhorse.
I can print my sublimation images sent to my epson ecotank no issues at all
as soon as I try to send a non sublimation image e.g. a pdf page to my regular printer photoshop crashes.
my only workaround.
I have saved the file as a jpg and choose print from the windows photos app and send it to my printer that way.
if it was a sublimation Image this wouldn’t work as there would be no icc to control the colours.
The xp600 series is a printer I have used for years and works like a dream so I have no need to renew it especially as it has front loading paper and photo trays.
It probably doesn’t help you at all but that’s my workaround.
