Thank you for getting back to me, I don't think your first post mentioned when the timer starts? just said to remove the mug after the 180 secs so thought I would double check.Mrteajunkie;153773 wrote:I put the mug in when Press reaches temp.

Just wait until temp is reached and then add mug and close it will start to count down.

Great thank you, that will make pressing the mugs a little quicker

Apologies if already discussed, just skipping the end here
Just bought the ST-130 from Signzworld to have a play with. We're using 11oz mugs and it's incredibly tight, way too tight. It stated the included blanket was suitable for 11oz mugs but I'm assuming it should be 10oz. Not had a mug press in a number of years but everything we've had before did both 10 & 11oz on same blanket.

Did over 100 x 11oz mugs in our ST-130's this morning no problem. Just unwound the tightening screw to make less tight and away we went.

Yeah, all wound right back, blanket is still too tight, it even popped the handle off one mug! I can't see as these mugs are any different from other 11oz. I'll see what they say.

That sounds like a blanket issue.Justin;153862 wrote:Next couple have printed much better, still very tight
I can make both 10oz and 11oz in the same blanket without issue.
I would say the blanket has been manufactured incorrectly.

Bit hit and miss getting responses from SW. First they sent me instructions on how to adjust the element doh. They're now telling me I must have bent the element lol! When cold the press tightens perfectly around the mug but when heated it's way too tight. I have managed to print a couple of mugs through it but looks like it'll be going back.
Trust me to get the one faulty machine!
