You misunderstand me Paul. I don't have an issue with ICC profiles on my iMac. I use photoshop with a custom ICC profile. Colour management on the printer driver is turned off.

What I am saying is that I believe Catalina has introduced an ICC problem. I use Mojave which is absolutely fine :)

Got to Library > Colorsync > Profiles and see if you have any there. If you do, your mac is using them. Don't forget any printer you use. Comes with drivers and that's what is using icc profiles.
So please check in your printing software if you can set them.

PM me and i will send you colour settings for photoshop
Apologies for digging up an old thread, but I have a similar issue. Which Mac OS are you using Paul? I understand the issue began with Catalina, which is what we run. We are heavily invested in Macs so I've shied away from Epson printers for that reason, but both of our Sawgrass printers now have issues and need replacement.

I've no desire to switch to windows whatsoever and I'm pretty much resigned to buying an SG1000, but if there are other options I am all ears.
