Re: Anyone using RM Click and Drop?

We've always used drop and go but now we've relocated I've been having a go with Click and Drop. Seems to work fine but I have a question over International postage.

Usually I put a separate customs label on, Post Office told me these have changed and they have a new slip with a barcode on.

When I use Click and Drop it allows me to enter all relevant details for the customs section but then when I print the label it simply adds a barcode. Does this contain all information they need? It does say something about adding a customs label but surely this would be doubling up?

Appreciate advice from anyone using the service with thanks.

Under the settings have you enabled the printing of the cn22?

Under label format section 4.
“Generate customs labels with orders”

I was supposed to chime in this morning with help, but then got distracted with Click and Drop and spending the morning researching all my missing tariff codes!
