Has anyone tried to press these?????
i have got some and am using my press on 200C for 30 seconds
and the image is coming out right but the white covering on the coaster is melting
anyone got any ideas please

Where did you get the coasters from? I have some cork-backed coasters from BMS and there's no protective film and the coating doesn't melt. (I press mine for quite a bit longer than 30s, albeit at a lower temperature.)
A long time ago I had some coasters from somewhere (can't remember the supplier), and the printable surface was more like a white sticky label. During pressing, the glue would melt and the printed part would lift off. I don't know if that's the same thing you're getting (it was a very long time ago).

it sure is
when you take the paper off the white comes off with it so you have to be really careful
i got them from lovecut so they are probably really, really cheap

You might want to try ordering some in from BMS. If you only need a small quantity (10 or 20, for instance), they'll send them by Royal Mail for a couple of quid - so you won't be stung for expensive courier costs just for a small quantity.
