Just off the phone to them, explaining that I've been waiting two weeks. She tells me to re-order and if it hasn't come after 5 business days, ring them on the 6th day and they'll escalate it.
Can you not escalate this order instead?
No.

Re: Royal Mail supplies problem?
I had similar problems last year with the delivery of sacks and kept on getting the fob of. So I said, fine, please that this as a formal complaint and put it in the hands of the formal complaints people. Blow me if the sacks didn't arrive the very next day!!

Re: Royal Mail supplies problem?
Well.....Today my orders arrived, and the re-orders they asked me to do.....and the orders and re-orders that they chased to see what the problem was. So I now have 4 times the amount I wanted....but I sure as hell am not sending it back!!!!
Plus I had one order of Thermal and priority labels yesterday.

Re: Royal Mail supplies problem?
We once ordered the wrong thermal labels from Parcel Force, and after much enquiring, discovered there wasn't a way to send them back, so they all ended up in the bin I think!
