Even the PU passport covers come out warped. I have a number of cheap vices mounted onto squares of kitchen worktops which helps to flatten anything.

Are these the Unisub ones I sent you?

Did you remove placemat from paper before turning over and use same temperature? Every time we tried this trick the image would sublimate further and also come off onto silicon protection sheet.

Removed paper, flip over, 35 secs and then under the monitor. I wouldn't want to do a decent run though, what a faff putting a weight on them.

I always pre-heat upside down for 20 secs then print/press as normal. I also have a pixmax press which I don't use so I put them under that (not switched on) until cool seems to work bit I don't do alot of these. I do coasters the same aswell.
