Where are you intending to install this press? Home, garage, shed,..... or in commercial property? It can cost an arm and a leg to have a 3ph supply installed. You can convert 1ph to 3ph for £100 or so but may not achieve the power level you need for your press.

Have you anywhere you could install a generator and sound-proof it?

Most modern homes don't have a 3 phase supply. Cost of installing would depend on how far away the nearest supply is.

it depends on your current need.
as mentioned, domestic homes don't have 415v 3 phase supplies.
you can buy a converter, one on ebay now about 3100 BUT - will only be rated to maybe 1000w (1kw)

If you are wanting to install say a tunnel drier, most are llower price & much more powerful on 3phase..
What's your need?

Some properties have 3 phase supplies running down the street/under the terrace, and when the supply is installed, only one of the phases is pulled up into the building, but the others are there, and easy to get connected - sometimes, they are already pulled up into the property and just need connected, so always worth a look or calling the local electric supply co (not who bills you), who should be able to pull up the info

... we have two shops
The main one for our business which could be three phase under the building and just be pulled up.
The other for a charity project we run, has three phase in, but currently only a single phase meter, so no (legal) way to connect to it

In terms of needing 3 phase for heat presses, look at the used market, as some older ones are single - and if you're mainly doing fabric work, look at rotaries, as we have 44" and 64" rotaries which are both single phase (16amp and 32amp)

Yes it's 415 volts 80 amp so it look's like you've got it but you might need more like switches and a fuse bank which your photo doesn't show,I advise you get a local electrician to look at it.
