Re: Looking for an A3 Printer
So I’ve perused the forums and understand that the easy route into sublimation would be RICOH or Sawgrass. I want an A3 printer primarily for text on cushions but I’ll be making mugs etc too. I don’t really have a set budget. I’d rather buy quality and something easy to use with support than cheap and difficult. Currently have ciss on my normal inkjet and it’s been a pain to sort once air bubbles got into tubes. BUT I want to buy a vinyl cutter at some point (and a mug press) so don’t have a bottomless pit of money so to speak. What are my choices?
thanks in advance.

Speak with Ink Express about the Epson P600 with Inktec Sublinova ink with either ciss or refillable carts (29mml capacity)
Don't know if they have the necessary 2 light blacks yet.
A3+ 8 colour printer with much lower ink costs.

Re: Looking for an A3 Printer
Just a thought, what size are the cushions? Just check A3 will be big enough, bear in mind you won't get edge to edge so A3+ may work for you if required.
P600 package has just been released I believe, I've seen the results and the print is absolutely superb. Ricoh is an option if you want to work with carts but CIS is easy enough.

Re: Looking for an A3 Printer
i think I’ll stick to A3 because I’m just starting out and anything bigger will be expensive. Would love to see the P600 in action but nothing close to me at the moment.Justin;132902 wrote:Just a thought, what size are the cushions? Re: Looking for an A3 Printer
What’s the advantage of the Reveal package over the p600 standard set up? Both suppliers are super helpful
