Re: 3G opaque and 100% poly

Post by paul 44 »

Just did a shirt with this and getting bleed through, shirt is red and has tainted the print which was done on 3g opaque, guideline state that 3g is ok for this material but obviously its not.

Thinking that if I get another transfer film I may be able to print a larger logo and print over the 3g logo, any ideas on what transfer film to use?

Try splitting your press time (15 seconds, let the press up, wait a few seconds and press another 15 seconds). I was having the same issue and tried it that way. It worked for me. I've also heard d people that say lowering the temp and increasing the press time worked for them.

I spoke to yolo after the fact and they told me to do that also so I may try that next time on the poly shirts.
