Print not transferring to mugs

Put up a photo of the paper with print on pre sublimation.

That's the print prior to sublimating and it pretty much looks the same once sublimated. This is the coaster I did with the same printer.

Sorry not sure why the photos are all rotated to the left. Also even after 320 seconds, the plain piece of paper round the outside of the mug was not brown in any places. The handle was still pretty cold to touch.

Go to calibration option and about 15c and see if it helps. If it will be better than you can add bit more.

Handles won't get hot unless you're using an oven of course. Either mug press isn't reaching temperature it says it is or mug coating is terrible. I personally would say press.

Paul ive changed the calibration to -15 degrees and it's worked a lot better. Pressed at 180 for 320 seconds. Faded slightly at the bottom but I have read that warming the base for 15 seconds could help that? Maybe I'll change it to -20. This time when I put the mug in the temp dropped to 170 whereas it didn't before so definitely something to do with that. It looked like it had been preset to +50 when I entered into the menu, not sure why, though default would have been zero. The paper even browned a bit too so definitely was an issue with the temperature. I will keep trying, thanks again.

Hi, I'm using same printer and inks
I'm using China made 11oz mugs
I get best results with 180c, exactly 150 seconds, and a high pressure
Make sure you are printing on the right side of the paper
Make sure that heat press reached 180c before placing the mug in it(no need for pre heating mug)
Are you using sawgrass power driver v4 and chose ceramic/glass ?
Does the extra protective paper isn't too thick blocking the heat ?

Also, can you show how you wrap your image on the mug with the extra protective paper ?

I also have this mug press and my original blanket had a cold spot but once it was replaced it works fine now.

I didn't get the best result until I calibrated it and I couldn't work out how to do it. In the end I used an infrared laser temperature gun to check the actual temp and from what I remember there was a difference of about 30 degrees.

I'm not sure if you've seen the video they have about setting it up and calibrating the heatpress but it might help

I have a similar set up to Rotems but with 10oz mugs, medium pressure, (no pre heating) and no protective paper.
