Re: Hallelujah
Let us know how you get on because the pain is ensuring you set up your design template EXACTLY to match the jig layout (don't forget the printer margins) AND the fact you blindly place the paper over the top of the jig hiding the coasters crossing your fingers your artwork does fully cover each coaster.
Re: Hallelujah
Will do Olly. I have a presized AI template from Unisub so hope this fits - should i need to make any changes to the positioning i'm more than happy to send onto you (and anyone else who wants it)

Re: Hallelujah
That's kind. We designed and got made our own coaster jigs in fact which allow you to place coasters on the paper upside down so you can see the bleed around the edge before turning the whole thing over for pressing. Works very well for the 9mm fabric coasters we print a lot of.

Re: Hallelujah
Just had my Unisub Jig dropped off.... There is a fairly large gap around the edges of each of the 6 templates. Was hoping it was going to be a secure and tight fit. Olly, Mags, are your jigs a loose or tight fit?
