At last... Xpres have coaster jigs in stock - no more f'ckin around with a craft knife and 4 bits of tape to each coaster!

Let us know how you get on because the pain is ensuring you set up your design template EXACTLY to match the jig layout (don't forget the printer margins) AND the fact you blindly place the paper over the top of the jig hiding the coasters crossing your fingers your artwork does fully cover each coaster.

Will do Olly. I have a presized AI template from Unisub so hope this fits - should i need to make any changes to the positioning i'm more than happy to send onto you (and anyone else who wants it)

That's kind. We designed and got made our own coaster jigs in fact which allow you to place coasters on the paper upside down so you can see the bleed around the edge before turning the whole thing over for pressing. Works very well for the 9mm fabric coasters we print a lot of.

thats what i do just printonto a A3 place all coasters tap them then flip and press, never failed yet.

Just had my Unisub Jig dropped off.... There is a fairly large gap around the edges of each of the 6 templates. Was hoping it was going to be a secure and tight fit. Olly, Mags, are your jigs a loose or tight fit?

Ours are custom made and very tight.

no jig just a3 paper as a full sheet tape coasters to it upside down then flip and press never had an isue
