Whats happening here

On the top of the girls head. Theres a light patch that isnt on the original? Ive printed it off about 4 times now. All the same.

Sorry, I have no idea, but have you tried rotating the image?

Either 90 or 180 degrees. If the light patch is in the same place on the girls head it is likely to be a software/computer issue. If the light patch is in the same place in relation to the paper then it is likely to be the paper or the printer.

It could be as simple as a bad batch of paper that has had some substance on it, but that is pure guesswork.

Glad to hear you are sorted, obviously this has not solved the issue but at least it's a workaround
