Black colour turning Red in after mug heat press

you need to press to a suitable substrate too as reading the sub paper wont give a good profile it need to be pressed onto something similar to what youre subbing to.

Mags is right. Whoever is creating icc for you will need to press color charts to the substrate to get right colors.

If a mug then try a placemat or a white metal sheet. Speak to your profiler they will advise what they prefer but just paper will give an incorrect profile.

I managed to make the sawgrass driver work and well heated up the press before putting the mug in. luckily the black colour issue is resolved. Thanks anyway to all
