Sorry to be noob but i dont realy get your post that how do i need to press it on a substrate as iam subbing a mug?

Mags is right. Whoever is creating icc for you will need to press color charts to the substrate to get right colors.

If a mug then try a placemat or a white metal sheet. Speak to your profiler they will advise what they prefer but just paper will give an incorrect profile.

Sorry Paul no wasnt to you was more info for custom, I already know youre an experience profiler.

I managed to make the sawgrass driver work and well heated up the press before putting the mug in. luckily the black colour issue is resolved. Thanks anyway to all
