Hi PeteO, just reading your response which could help me with my problems...did you mean that if you set to 'glossy' it's better for mugs and money boxes? Or it's better if you set in to inkjet for these items? I'm currently set at inkjet but not doing too well.
Many thanks :)

Hi Mags1892, so sorry to but in on this thread but I'm having issues with my printing and you may be able to give me advice...I don't fully understand your answer as I'm very new to sublimation.... but here goes.....when you say profile OFF...I've set mine to use the ICC profile that came with the inks (I think although it does say Ricoh which is my printer!!!)...is this correct? What is the dithering error diffusion and should this be on or off? Many thanks for any advice...I'm drowning in mugs that have gone wrong!!! :(

Hi Chrissydd, Mags1892 suggested the better settings to those that i had seen online, might be worth trying those options

Finally identified the issue of black pressing purple. The black ink that came in my set does not transfer. I dont know whether the ink in the cartridge is wrong, or it goes bad, but as a last resort i pressed the nozzle check that i printed, my thoughts being this would be pure 'K' ink. When doing this nothing transfered.

Awaiting replacement cartridge, will need to flush through but hopefully will be much improved results.
