Ha-ha, indeed it is! Found by powering on with pause button down, Google search 9600 supersonic clean. But use at your own risk, massive ink use! Lol. Also remember you can empty and reset waste cart easily on these.

I'm looking for another 9600 so if you'd prefer to just sell on for a handsome profit.....

If you are using refill carts make sure the air vent is free on the cartridge, partial fill of the lines would hint at possibly not breathing, or not seating correctly. My refill carts came with plastic wedges. Push the cart in, jam the wedge in underneath and all was superb. I have heard of non genuine carts needing to be wedged as well. This makes the seal secure, hence it then draws the ink.

In the traditional manner, turn off, wait, turn back on.

Have managed to release the dampers and pulled the ink through but I fear the head is knackered as there is nothing coming through the cyan channel.

I know the text is upside down i took the photo with paper still in the printer.
I have currently got a wad of blue roll tissue soaked in Ink cleaner sitting behind the head cleaning it.

So here's to tomorrow.
