Corners miss print Samsung galaxy S5 cases

Hey there,

I am having a bit of a problem with the corners on Samsung cases, The rest of the case comes out fine but the corners are a bit patchy as if the ink is not transferring properly. I am using the St-3042 3D vacuum heat press and I am doing two cases at a time with the heat set at 195c and run it for 9 minutes. Is the timing ok? I have tried cutting the corners but still the same thing happens. Any ideas??
